Monthly Reporting to Owners
We produce two computerized reports each month, including rent rolls, and
operating financial statements.
The aforementioned reports are forwarded to the owner by the middle of the following month. Banking procedures are conducted for accounts receivable and payable with full reconciliation of all funds.
Maintenance Services
Reliable and reasonable contractors, 24 hour emergency service for residents, a 24 hour pager, and regular inspections keep your costs down, your residents happy and your evenings undisturbed.
We have our own maintenance department to deal with routine maintenance
issues, and provide fast response time. Assessing any damages to property and providing liaison with insurance adjusters and tenants where applicable.
Evaluate any major projects as the need becomes apparent and reporting to the owner, identifying the needs, alternative approaches and specific
recommendations.
Mortgage Payments
If you wish, we will make the mortgage payments for you. Simply supply us with the necessary mortgage payment accounts etc. provided by your mortgage company and these payments can be deducted from your account balance automatically on a monthly basis.
Management Fees
A fee structure can be negotiated based on your business requirements.
