Wm. Squibb and Daughters is a medium sized property management company
providing a variety of Kitchener Waterloo apartments for rent, all of our rental
apartments are located in the communities of Kitchener and Waterloo, Ontario.
We currently operate and manage over 250 rental apartment units in the
Kitchener Waterloo area, and
provide primarily self contained moderately priced apartments, as well as some
student housing, both apartments and rooms in shared student accommodation.

Company Profile
William Squibb & Daughters was created in 1995, operating a 20
apartment building and a four apartment building in the city of Waterloo,
Ontario. Since that time, the company has expanded to three other
Waterloo, Ontario locations; 201 Erb St. West, 477 Parkside Dr. and 598
Silverbirch Road, and has added four Kitchener Ontario apartment
buildings, located at 42 Westwood Drive, 205 Brandon Ave. As
well at the end of June 2006, the Kitchener Apartment building located at 14
Leacrest Court, Kitchener has been added to our rental portfolio,
this building consists of 26 rental apartments. In addition the
Kitchener apartment building located at 22 Hugo Court was recently added to our
rental portfolio, this building consists of 16 self contained rental apartments.
We
presently manage and operate some two hundred fifty rental apartments in
Kitchener - Waterloo, and operate three smaller apartment buildings in the city of Vancouver, B.C.
